1. All photos must be taken at the 2016 Florida Renaissance Festival.
2. Photographs no smaller than 3 1/2″ x 5″ or larger than 8″ x 10″ will be accepted. Photos may be in black and white or color. Select photos may be sent digitally to firstname.lastname@example.org with 2016 PHOTO CONTEST in the subject line.
3. Prizes will be awarded for First, Second and Third Place winners. Two Honorable Mentions also will be given.
4. All entries must be received, postage prepaid, no later than May 1, 2016.
5. Winners will be notified by mail and/or email.
6. All entries will become the property of the Florida Renaissance Festival and may be used in any and all publications or exhibitions of the Festival organizer’s choosing. No additional remuneration will be given to the photographer.
7. Photographs cannot be returned.
8. All submissions must be individually marked with “2016 FlaRF,” your name, address and phone number clearly printed or typed on a label and affixed to the back of each photo.
9. Copyrighted photos are not eligible. Please do not place mark/name etc on front of photo.
