CASHLESS BOX OFFICE
Attention All Festival Goers…
We’re always looking for ways to make your festival experience as smooth, enjoyable, and convenient as possible. This season, we’re excited to announce that our box office will be cashless, with all ticket purchases and transactions completed via credit card, debit card, or supported mobile payment options. Moving to a cashless system allows us to serve you more efficiently, reduce wait times, and create a safer, more secure environment for both guests and staff. It also enables our team to focus on delivering a better overall experience—from the moment you arrive to the final moments of your visit.
Please note that this change applies only to box office transactions. Vendors and locations throughout the festival grounds will continue to accept cash, and ATMs will remain available for your convenience.
Our Festival Box Office is now CASHLESS. Ticket prices remain the same whether purchased online in advance or at our box office. Please note that the prices below are subject to the same processing fees at the Box Office as online. Purchasing tickets in advance on our website can help you skip the line and get into the fun faster. Admission ticket price includes sales tax and park fees.

Why is the box office going cashless?
Going cashless helps speed up transactions, minimize long lines, and enhance security for everyone.
Can I still purchase tickets at the box office?
Yes, you can purchase tickets online or at the box office using a cashless form of payment.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and most mobile payment options, including mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Will cash be accepted at the box office?
No. Cash will not be accepted. All box office transactions must be completed using a cashless payment method.
Does this change apply to everything at the festival?
This cashless policy applies only to all box office transactions, including ticket sales, upgrades, and any on-site purchases at the box office. Vendors and locations inside the festival grounds will still accept cash, and ATMs will remain available for your convenience.
What if I don’t have a credit card, debit card, or mobile payment option?
We strongly encourage guests to plan ahead and bring an accepted payment method to ensure a smooth experience.
Do I have to purchase my ticket ahead of time?
No, tickets are still available for cashless purchase at the Box Office at the same base price as tickets purchased on our website. Please note that processing fees apply to all cashless purchases, both at the Box Office and online. We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance through our website to avoid Box Office delays. Buying ahead allows you to complete your purchase comfortably at home and spend more time enjoying the festival’s entertainment, food, drinks, and all the fun inside.
Are senior citizen and active military discounts still available?
Yes. Eligible senior citizens and active military personnel may redeem their discounts at the box office with valid identification. All box office transactions are cashless and require a card or mobile payment.
How do I redeem a complimentary ticket or Certificate of Donation?
Complimentary tickets and Certificates of Donation may still be redeemed at the box office. Any additional fees must be paid using a card or mobile payment.
Will going cashless speed up entry and reduce lines?
Yes. Cashless transactions are faster to process and help keep lines moving efficiently during peak times.
Whom can I contact if I have questions or concerns?

Weekend 5: His Majesty’s Marketplace – Haggle If You Dare! Special Offer! Only (March 7 & 8, 2026)
For this upcoming weekend, we are offering a special incentive to encourage all patrons to shop with our Artisan Vendors. Guests who spend $250 or more on any Artisan Vendor Booth purchases (ONLY) will receive one (or more) complimentary ticket(s) to come back for the 2026 show. The total amount can be divided up between multiple Artisan purchases – does not have to be one single transaction. For every additional $250 spent, you can earn another complimentary ticket, for up to a maximum of four tickets ($1,000 total). Please see the spending breakdown redemption below:
$250 – $499: 1 Complimentary Ticket
$500 – $749: 2 Complimentary Tickets
$750 – $999: 3 Complimentary Tickets
$1,000+: 4 Complimentary Tickets (Maximum)
To qualify, patrons must submit hard, physical copies of their receipts directly to the Box Office – no later than 4 pm. Please note, the Box Office closes at 5 pm. Guests must submit their receipts on the same day of purchase—late or email submissions will not be accepted. All patrons redeeming receipts will be required to submit a form, which will be provided to them at the box office. Do not submit any receipts to any other location. Only receipts from Artisan vendor booths will be accepted; food, beverage, gaming, and/or other purchases from the festival do not qualify. Digital receipts will not be accepted.
Destroyed, unreadable, or pictures of receipts will not qualify. If the receipt does not display the Artisan vendor booth name, please ask the Artisan to write their booth name and sign their name on the receipt before it’s submitted to the Box Office. If there is no Artisan vendor booth name, the receipt will not be accepted.
This offer/redemption is valid only for March 7th and 8th, 2026 (the fifth weekend of the event). Complimentary tickets will be given upon Box Office redemption. Lost, stolen, or destroyed complimentary tickets will not be replaced.
Please be advised, all patrons redeeming single-day admission complimentary tickets are subjected to paying the $1.50. When redeeming complimentary season passes, these are subject to paying $12.00. Both types of tickets require the county park fee and online processing fees at the Box Office.
Introducing our new Gear Garden (Steampunk-Inspired Area)!
We are thrilled to announce the transformation of our former Biergarten area into a brand-new steampunk-themed area called the Gear Garden! This exciting addition will immerse guests in the imaginative world of steam-powered inventions and Victorian-era charm. The Gear Garden will feature a renovated soda booth, a reimagined pub, and a newly designed stage, all reflecting the intricate and whimsical aesthetics of the steampunk genre. Whether you’re a fan of the genre or just curious, this area will be a unique and vibrant space for all to explore and enjoy at the Florida Renaissance Festival!

We are excited to introduce a brand-new gem-mining attraction at the Florida Renaissance Festival! This fun, family-friendly experience is perfect for all ages, offering a unique opportunity to pan for gems. Kids and adults alike can enjoy the thrill of discovering hidden treasures, and best of all, you get to take home the gems you find! Whether you’re a seasoned treasure hunter or a first-time explorer, this interactive adventure promises to be a highlight of your festival visit. Come and strike gold (or gems!) at this exciting new addition within our Gear Garden!
Florida Renaissance Festival Awards
This year, we are excited to introduce our new Florida Renaissance Festival Awards! We aim to celebrate and showcase the incredible dedication and creativity of those participants who go above and beyond in their category! These awards will highlight the participants who excel in areas such as craftsmanship, innovation, and overall presentation, recognizing their invaluable contributions to the festival experience. By honoring their outstanding efforts, we aim to inspire continued excellence and enhance the festival’s vibrant marketplace for all. Winners will receive advertisement on our website/social media pages, a certificate, a trophy, and a check for $250.
