CASHLESS BOX OFFICE
Attention All Festival Goers…
We’re always looking for ways to make your festival experience as smooth, enjoyable, and convenient as possible. This season, we’re excited to announce that our box office will be cashless, with all ticket purchases and transactions completed via credit card, debit card, or supported mobile payment options. Moving to a cashless system allows us to serve you more efficiently, reduce wait times, and create a safer, more secure environment for both guests and staff. It also enables our team to focus on delivering a better overall experience—from the moment you arrive to the final moments of your visit.
Please note that this change applies only to box office transactions. Vendors and locations throughout the festival grounds will continue to accept cash, and ATMs will remain available for your convenience.
Our Festival Box Office is now CASHLESS. Ticket prices remain the same whether purchased online in advance or at our box office. Please note that the prices below are subject to the same processing fees at the Box Office as online. Purchasing tickets in advance on our website can help you skip the line and get into the fun faster. Admission ticket price includes sales tax and park fees.

Why is the box office going cashless?

Can I still purchase tickets at the box office?
Yes, you can purchase tickets online or at the box office using a cashless form of payment.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and most mobile payment options, including mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Will cash be accepted at the box office?
No. Cash will not be accepted. All box office transactions must be completed using a cashless payment method.
Does this change apply to everything at the festival?
This cashless policy applies only to all box office transactions, including ticket sales, upgrades, and any on-site purchases at the box office. Vendors and locations inside the festival grounds will still accept cash, and ATMs will remain available for your convenience.
What if I don’t have a credit card, debit card, or mobile payment option?
We strongly encourage guests to plan ahead and bring an accepted payment method to ensure a smooth experience.
Do I have to purchase my ticket ahead of time?
No, tickets are still available for cashless purchase at the Box Office at the same base price as tickets purchased on our website. Please note that processing fees apply to all cashless purchases, both at the Box Office and online. We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance through our website to avoid Box Office delays. Buying ahead allows you to complete your purchase comfortably at home and spend more time enjoying the festival’s entertainment, food, drinks, and all the fun inside.
Are senior citizen and active military discounts still available?
Yes. Eligible senior citizens and active military personnel may redeem their discounts at the box office with valid identification. All box office transactions are cashless and require a card or mobile payment.
How do I redeem a complimentary ticket or Certificate of Donation?
Complimentary tickets and Certificates of Donation may still be redeemed at the box office. Any additional fees must be paid using a card or mobile payment.
Will going cashless speed up entry and reduce lines?
Yes. Cashless transactions are faster to process and help keep lines moving efficiently during peak times.
Whom can I contact if I have questions or concerns?

Weekend 5: His Majesty’s Marketplace – Haggle If You Dare! Special Offer! Only (March 7 & 8, 2026)
For this upcoming weekend, we are offering a special incentive to encourage all patrons to shop with our Artisan Vendors. Patrons who spend $250 or more on Artisan Vendor Booth purchases (before tax) will receive one (or more) complimentary ticket(s) to return for the 2026 Florida Renaissance Festival season. Purchases may be combined across multiple Artisan Vendors to reach $250 increments — they do not have to be from a single transaction. For every additional $250 spent (before tax), patrons can earn another complimentary ticket, for up to a maximum of four tickets per person per day ($1,000 total). Please see the spending breakdown below:
$250 – $499: 1 Complimentary Ticket
$500 – $749: 2 Complimentary Tickets
$750 – $999: 3 Complimentary Tickets
$1,000+: 4 Complimentary Tickets (A maximum of four complimentary tickets may be earned per person per day, regardless of total spending above $1,000.)
(Redemption of the complimentary tickets earned are valid only for Season 2026 which ends on March 29, 2026.)
IMPORTANT:
To qualify, patrons must submit physical, hard copies of their receipts directly to the Box Office on the same day of purchase — no later than 4 pm (please note the Box Office closes at 5 pm). Late, emailed, or online submissions will not be accepted. All patrons redeeming receipts will be required to complete a form, which will be provided at the Box Office upon arrival.
Only receipts from Artisan Vendor booths will be accepted; food, beverage, gaming, or other festival purchases do not qualify. Digital, destroyed, unreadable, or copied receipts will not be accepted. Printed receipts from card transactions are acceptable physical copies, but the Artisan booth name must be written on the receipt. If the receipt does not display the Artisan name, please ask the Artisan to add it before submitting to the Box Office. If there is no Artisan vendor booth name, the receipt will not be accepted. Each receipt may be submitted only once. Receipts can be combined to reach $250 increments, but a single receipt cannot be applied to multiple redemptions.
This offer/redemption is valid only for March 7th and 8th, 2026 (the fifth weekend of the festival). Complimentary tickets will be given at the Box Office to patrons upon redemption. Lost, stolen, or destroyed complimentary tickets will not be replaced.
Please be advised, all patrons redeeming single-day admission complimentary tickets are subject to paying the $1.50 County Park Fee. All tickets require the County Park Fee and online processing fees to be paid at the Box Office via Card, since we are now a cashless Box Office.

Let your creativity reign supreme! Participants are encouraged to don their most imaginative attire. Our judges will be evaluating the time, effort, and originality woven into each costume. Whether you’re cheering from the sidelines or stepping boldly into the spotlight, join us in the revelry! Raise a chalice, don thy finest wear, and let your festival spirit shine—let the games begin!

Sign up at the Publick Wyrks booth inside the Promenade with our gracious hosts—the village Fairy Godmother, Wanda Azula, and the Tailor, Robin Starveling.

Interactive D&D Experience!
We have not one, but two opportunities to join professional Dungeon Masters as they lead you on a new campaign! You can sign up with the Royal Adventurer’s Guild at Dragonfly Realms and join a quest that spirals into an adventure across the entire festival, ending with our evening D&D Spectacular Show at the Shipwreck stage at 5pm!. This year, we also invited 6 professional DM’s from GameConclave to ongoing “LTP” (Learn to Play!) D&D campaigns with the new D&D organized play platform “Legends of Greyhawk”. With this new gameplay system, you can grow your own character across multiple games and events as you explore the new world of Greyhawk. This “LTP” game is the perfect way to break into and learn about this wildly popular tabletop roleplaying game! *These events require signing up ahead of the event start time to guarantee a slot at the table. Cheering and showing support for your favorite competitors at any of our events is highly encouraged, as we believe in fostering an energetic and positive atmosphere. However, we strive to maintain a friendly and healthy competition for all participants and spectators. Any disruptive behavior or inappropriate conduct from the audience will not be tolerated. Those engaging in such actions will be asked to leave the event to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and enthusiasm!

We aim to celebrate and showcase the incredible dedication and creativity of those participants who go above and beyond in their category! These awards will highlight the participants who excel in areas such as craftsmanship, innovation, and overall presentation, recognizing their invaluable contributions to the festival experience.
